PH07858: IMS COMMAND LOG VIEWER DOES NOT EXTRACT OM MESSAGES WHEN IMSID IS SPECIFED TO FILTER

APAR status

Error description

• When IMSID is specified to filter in the IMS Command log
  viewer, it does not extract the messages from OM regions
  although the messages are related to the specified IMSID.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  When IMS Command is entered from Admin tool, the command
  response messages are processed in the OM region. Because of
  this, Admin Tool filters the commands and response log records
  by OM region name, but it does not filter the log records
  by IMSID.
  

Problem conclusion

• Admin Tool adds the IMSID to the log records so that it can
  filter log records by the IMSID.
  In addition, Admin Tool writes the command and header log
  records for every IMS ID. As the result, the command and header
  can be recognized after filtering by IMSID.
