Troubleshooting
Problem
At the Reviewer level in Contributor Web, users receive an error opening their own nodes but are able to open subordinate nodes.
Symptom
Error from Contributor Web:
"No connection to the server is available"
Error in Planningerrorlog.csv:
"Failed HRESULT [0x800706BE]: The remote procedure call failed"
