Error description

• * Fails to create SQL View when the SQL has OR operators
  * IMS JOINS fails with SRB SYSTEM ABEND X'0C3' AT
  sdioimsr/SDBSQLCN
  * When using COPYBOOK with OCCURS DEPENDING ON a field that
  is 0, remaining segments are missing
  * The SSA is not constructed with the correct value when
  using the RECORD_ID = 'value'
  * IORC 8, RC 8 with SQLNCODE901 when accessing SMF 30 data
  * COBOL copybooks allow a field to start with a numeric value
  in HLV we need to have a solution to support
  * DRDARANGE returns no range data when Schema name is used
  * Add an option to interpret WHERE clause using local time
  when reading logstream
  * SELECT on IDMS VT gives - IDMS update operation is not
  supported
  * SMF_04224 using SMF dataset with type 42.24 record gives
  Buffer offset 475 exceeds row length 335, terminating table
  SMF_04224, base table SMF_04224, base record number 1489
  * The HLQ.CNTL member HLVDFDIV contains the old help pf
  GLOBALMAX with the value of 5000 instead of 50000
