Excel Crashes after running a report to the print preview window

Troubleshooting


Problem

After running a Report to Print Preview Excel crashes when focus on the print preview window is initially lost and the print preview window is then reselected error messages appear (see 'Error Message' section for full details) and Excel then crashes. Due to the Excel crashing the user cannot login to the Excel add-in for 15 minutes.

Symptom

Screen Error Messages:
