Troubleshooting
Problem
End user launches the main Controller client (CCR.EXE). Inside Controller client, they find that the images/screens are blurred.
The symptoms may be different for different environments.
- Example #1 - When using Controller 8.3, one real-life customer found that the background image was blurred
- Example #2 - When using Controller 10.1, one customer found that the menu items were grainy / fuzzy.
Symptom
The exact nature will vary between environments, but below is a picture of the menu items from one real-life customer delivering Controller 10.1 via Citrix XenApp 5:
