Error description

• The determination which message definition set is used, is
  based on the sending time of the sender found in the OSN
  message.
  That timestamp is local to the sender and is compared to the
  time at the receiver which may lead to use the future message
  definition set too early.

  The determination which message definition-set to be used is
  based on the sending time of the sender found in the OSN
  message. This timestamp is local to the sender and is compared
  to the time at the receiver which may lead to use the future
  message definition-set too early.
  

Problem conclusion

• If a received FIN message cannot be parsed and the send date of
  the message is close to the standards release activation date, a
  re-parsing attempt is done using the prior or future message
  definitions in comparison to the standards release activation
  date. For example, the fin2019 message definition-set is
  attempted if the fin2018 definition-set results in parsing
  errors. If the re-parsing is successful, the message is
  processed with this message definition-set.
