PH05552: Support for the use of passphrases when logging on to the IIDR CDC for z/OS Agent is required.

Error description

• Customers are moving to the use of passphrases rather than
  passwords in their logon credentials.  IIDR CDC for z/OS needs
  to be able to accept a passphrase from the Access Server and
  pass it on to the z/OS SAF when processing an Agent logon
  request.
