PH05538: DB2 ADMIN TOOL - ALTER FUNCTION MAKES THE FUNCTION INVALID

Error description

• When a Java User Defined External Function, which uses a jar
  file stored in the DB2 Catalog is altered (using AL or ALT),
  EXTERNAL NAME field does not include the jar name details,
  causing function to be invalidated after the alter.

  Using AL or ALT line command on Panel ADB21F on a Java User
  Defined External Function, which uses a jar file stored in
  the DB2 Catalog, drops the jar file name in the EXTERNAL NAME
  field. After the alter, the function no longer works as DB2 is
  no longer looking for it in the catalog.
  
  For example:
  EXTERNAL NAME is:
    'DB2BATC.UETRJAR:com.xxxx.cmb.dtc.Generator.getUetr'
  where DB2BATC.UETRJAR is the JAR file name becomes:
    'com.xxxx.cmb.dtc.Generator.getUetr'
