Error description

• If a Display Variable is set the Install Anywhere Installer will
  not properly install if no X11 Server is running.
  The result  is :

  Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported
  
  Unable to load and to prepare the installer in console or silent
  mode.
  
  =======================================================
  
  You will need to unset the display variable via unset DISPLAY
  And then run the installer.
