PH04657: INZX006/INZX089/INZX090 NO LONGER ISSUED IF PROCMSG/SELMSG SET TO SYSPRINT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• (HPU 5.1 only) After the fix for PI97510/PB52783 has been
  applied, the INZX006 message (case 1) and/or the INZX089
  and INZX090 messages (case 2) is/are no longer issued.
  
  This occurs if QUIESCE YES applies and :
  - case 1) if SYSPRINT is specified for PROCMSG (option in SYSIN
    or VUU051/PROCMSG parmlib parameter)
  - case 2) if SYSPRINT is specified for SELMSG  (option in SYSIN
    or VUU052/SELMSG parmlib parameter)
  
  PB53793 remote unload
  (HPU 5.1 only) A logical unload run in SQL mode fails after
  having reported a negative SQL error as a result of HPU having
  unduly issued a SET CURRENT SQLID with the userid of the
  submitter.
  
  Here is a non comprehensive list of the SQL errors related to
  this issue:
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -725, ERROR: THE SPECIAL REGISTER CURRENT
  SQLID(job_subbmitter_userid) AT LOCATION TMSPDB2 .....
  
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -553, ERROR: job_subbmitter_userid SPECIFIED
  IS NOT ONE OF THE VALID AUTHORIZATION IDS FOR REQUESTED OPERATIO
  
  This occurs only if the parmlib parameter VUM032/ACTLGUSR is not
  set to CURRENT_USER.
  Local fix: if applicable, consider setting VUM032/ACTLGUSR to
                                                     CURRENT_USER.

• if the location where the message are issued is not important,
  consider setting PROCMSG (case 1) and SELMSG(case 2) to a value
  different from SYSPRINT.
