  incorrect IMS system ID to look up values from the
  IMS_SYSTEM_NAMES lookup table.

  The DB2 IMS TRAN and SYSTRAN tables contained entries
  (rows) where the RESPONSE_SEC was greater than zero but the
  TRANSACTION count was zero.

  Due to an error in IMS the value that gets stored in the
  DLREXTIM field of the X'07' record is extremely high and does
  not reflect the actual CPU usage.

  There is no method of preserving changes to customized PURGE
  definitions when re-installing components after applying
  maintenance, and the maintenance has updated the PURGE
  definition version.
  

Problem conclusion

• PI99117
  The incorrect update definitions that load tables from the R2
  records have been corrected.
  
  PI96965
  Outbound response transactions were incorrectly being added
  to the IMS TRAN and SYSTRAN tables. These transactions are
  system generated and should not be counted in the IMS TRAN and
  SYSTRAN tables.
  
  PI98763
  The update definitions for column PGM_CPU_SEC are changed
  to detect this error condition and revert to using
  the field DLRTIME in that instance.
  
  PI98861
  The fix will prevent PURGE definitions that have either a blank
  version or a version value starting with a '$' sign from being
  overwritten during maintenance re-installs.
