  Problem Description:
  OLE DB Error code: 0x80004005 [DNETLIB] [ConnectionOpen
  (SECDoClientHandshake()).] SSL Security error using MS SQL
  Server from .mdq file to connect to TLS 1.2 MS SQL Server. ODBC

Problem conclusion

• Microsoft updated drivers to support SSL 1.2. A new connect
  string was needed using MSOLEDBSQL. This driver is not supported
   on Windows 7 so the old connection string will be automatically
   used there.
  Note: In order for this program to function properly the new
  Microsoft driver must be installed.
