Error description
Upon clicking on "Notification" in GlassUI user receives "Error: We can't retrieve your notifications right now, try again later". This has been observed most frequently, when CA is accessed through an SSL terminating proxy (by HTTPS) which sets the X-FORWARDED-PROTO header, like HAProxy et al while CA Application tier uses HTTP. Upon inspection of response in HTTP trace for failing request: /bi/v1/notifications?unread-only=true&max=20&offset=0 one finds NOT-ERR-0013 Error sending request to destination /bi/v1/disp
