PH04393: UPDATING ONE COMPONENT ENVIRONMENT PROPERTY CAUSES OTHER COMPONENT ENVIRONMENT PROPERTY TO BLANK OUT.

Error description

• Below are the steps to reproduce issue :
  
  1. Have a component template having environment property with
  default as empty.
  2. Create multiple component out of the template say 4
  component.
  3. Map all these component to application's environment.
  4. Update the environment property for Component 1 & 2, leaving
  component 3 & 4 properties blank.
  5. Change to "Set a Single Value" from "Split Values Per
  Component" (This one i showed during our screen share that even
  if user save it as "Split Values Per Component" but it
  automatically change back to "Set a Single Value").
  6. Save the environment.
  
  Observation:
  It copied and saves the value from Component1 to all components.
