A user cannot see changes made to structures, i.e. Reports, Forms, Accounts Dimension codes.

Troubleshooting


Problem

One/some user(s) cannot see changes (e.g. changes made to row definitions).

Symptom

For example:

  • ADM user changed the definitions but another user cannot see these.
    • In other words, ADM user can see new row definitions, some users cannot.
  • Alternatively, another example could be that a new report can only be seen by the creator of the report.
