  * DB2 High Performance Unload z/OS doesn't currently offer a   *
  * possibility to unload Date/Time/Timstamp                     *
  * columns from a unicode table in double-byte format           *
  * (graphic). These columns are unloaded in single              *
  * byte (UTF-8) external format.                                *
  * Target situation: The utility offers an option (e.g.         *
  * REFORMAT) to define the unload external format               *
  * of Date/Time/Timestamp-columns as ""graphic"" (double byte,  *
  * UTF-16), to get an uniform format of                         *
  * these data types together with the other graphic and         *
  * vargraphic columns in the unloaded db2 table                 *
  * row.                                                         *
