PH01412: WRONG RESULT IN SEARCH AND SELECT PROMPT

Error description

• Wrong result from select and search prompt. It seems to be
  finding the closest match and not an exact match. For example in
  this report:
  http://169.48.243.237:9300/bi/?pathRef=.public_folders%2FCustome
  r%2FIKEA%2FIkea+report&format=HTML&Download=false&prompt=true
  using "administratior/IBMDem0s", if you type "samples_L_" it
  returns some items but the client wants none to be returned.
  
  The search: "samples_L_"
  
  When doing this search it comes up with these two results:
  samples_LG_DQ
  samples_LG
  
  My customer has stated "I would expect the result to be only the
  values that im searching for. If im searching for samples_L_ I
  would expect the results to be only the ones that start with
  samples_L_
  I think its the last _ thats the problem "
  
  I assume this working as designed to catch typos and if so could
  you send a customer facing statement?

• This is working as designed, underscore is a special character:
  When matching SQL patterns, you can use these symbols as
  placeholders: % (percent) to substitute for zero or more
  characters, or _ (underscore) to substitute for one single
  character.

  Same rule applies for Search and select prompt as this is
  eventually translated to a simple filter.
  
  Note. If you mean to use underscore in your search/filter you
  need to escape it with \ si it becomes \_
