Troubleshooting
Problem
Receive error when running multiple instances of the same report concurrently.
This document applies when the following conditions are true:
- Report output versions of the report properties page is set to 1 (one)
- Two or more instances of the same report are attempting to save an output version at the same time
For example, we may encounter the error detailed below when:
- Running a job with the same report listed multiple times
- Running multiple jobs concurrently where the same report exists in more than one job
- Two users run the same report at the same time and both elect to save report output
Symptom
CCL-RCI-0002 The Soap server returned a Soap fault.
CM-REQ-4023 You cannot create an object at the location "/Team Content/folder/folder/reportname/2022-12-19T19:36:04.931Z".
CM-REQ-4164 The search expression did not select a parent object.
RSV-SRV-0025 Unable to execute this request.
