Error description
In IBM Rational Asset Manager (RAM), the "Not found" suffix appears after a User ID. This can happen if the RAM User IDs don't match the ones in LDAP.
Local fix
The workaround is to modify the database to ensure accounts are available in LDAP.

Problem conclusion
