Troubleshooting
Problem
Administrator launches Cognos Controller Configuration. Administrator clicks on the section 'Report Server' and receives an error. After clicking OK, it is possible that the user receives a message that does not disappear.
Symptom
Error:
Registry and Web.Config settings are not synchronized.
Open the Report Server section and resave the settings to repair this.
OK
Message: (usually disappears after a few seconds, but sometimes does not disappear)
