Troubleshooting


Problem

User starts a consolidation (for example 'Consolidation with status'), which creates a new 'batch job' for Controller to process.
User opens 'Maintain - Batch Queue - View', to see the status of the batch job. Inside 'View Batch Queue', user can see that the new consolidation batch job is set to 'Not Started'.
The job never changes to 'Running', so it never completes.

Symptom

The 'Status' remains forever at 'Not Started':

It never changes to 'Running'.
