Problem conclusion

  • The correct version of ANFUBLK will be shipped. This APAR
requires re-linking any user exit that requires the Block Text
Formatting routine, ANFUBLK. For IP PrintWay supplied samples
    this affects ANFUXBD2 and ANFUXED1.

Manual G544-5690, Infoprint Server Messages and Diagnosis will
be updated with the following information for MSGANFM1198I:

    ANFM1198I Data set: datasetname
There was an error loading one of the ICONV tables:
                ICONV return code = errno
document code page = coded character set name
printer code page = coded character set name

Explanation: The call to iconv_open failed due to an incorrect
or unsupported code page being specified in the printer
inventory. In the message, datasetname is the name of the data
set at time of error; errno is the error number returned from
iconv_open; coded character set name is the code page name
    obtained from the printer inventory.

System Action: IP PrintWay attempts to again transmit the
data set named in the message. If retries are exhausted or no
retries were specified the data set is processed according to
the retain time settings for the printer.

Operator Response: No response is necessary.

System Programmer Response: Ensure that the coded character
set name is valid for your level of OS/390. Valid names can be
found in the OS/390 C/C++ Programming Guide, Internationaliza-
tion: Locales and Character Sets, Code Set Conversion
Utilities, Code Set Converters Supplied and Universal Coded
    Character Set Converters.
To correct jobs currently in process, the IP PrintWay ISPF
panels should be used to update the queue record translation
options with a valid coded character set name. To correct jobs
in future submissions the Infoprint Server inventory should be
updated with the correct coded character set names.
