• After changing the context root of portal there will be a 404
  HTML response for the following image:
  /wps/themeModules/themes/html/dynamicSpots/icons/blank.gif
  

Local fix

• Inside of the skin_xx.html for all of the skins modify the
  following line from:
  <img aria-label="Display menu" alt=""
  src="/wps/themeModules/themes/html/dynamicSpots/icons/blank.gi
  f">
  
  to:
  <img aria-label="Display menu" alt=""
  src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAA
  ALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7">
