Error description
If the WebSphere server is configured to require Administrative security and the server's SSL configuration only allows cipher suites > 128 bit, then RPT will be unable to collect IBM WebSphere PMI Monitoring resource data from the server. Attempting to do so will generate the error: An error occurred while trying to connect to WebSphere via JMX. Make sure that WebSphere is running properly and that you don't have any connectivity or firewall issues preventing you from using the specified host. The Details will report: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure
