Received the error message while testing on any query subject or creating any relationship between query subjects in IBM Cognos Framework Manager
Symptom
BMT-MD-0003 QE-DEF-0312 An error occurred while calling the content store for identity information.
CCL-RCL-0011 RCI caught a deserialization exception when deserializing Soap response from Soap server.
The error messages from WASP engine: The canUseDirectoryTool is not an enum member.
