  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When a DB2 subsystem is monitored by a PE Server subtask and
  function Snapshot History is activated, Snapshot History may
  discontinue data collection because it is waiting for the
  completion of a data retrieval request. The data retrieval
  request from Snapshot History becomes orphan in the input queue
  of the data retrieval task because simultaneous access of
  parallel tasks is not correctly serialized.

  The code has been corrected accordingly.
