Error description
AppScan Enterprise returns HTTP 500 when maximum number of concurrent users is reached for Server Basic license. It is expected to have an message such as : CRWAS2017E The server limit for concurrent sessions has been reached. No additional sessions can be granted until existing sessions are logged out or expire. Examine the server's asc.log for a list of connected sessions. Currently, not known workaround available for this issue.

Problem conclusion
Fixed in 9.0.1 release. However, the user-facing message got amended only in 9.0.1.1 release (asc.log file is no longer available in 9.0.1 release, and reference to this file had been removed from the message)
