Troubleshooting
Problem
When using an distributed environment, on the Application Tier / Planning Server, the Test connection to notification database / Content Manager fails.
Symptom
[Validate database connection properties.]
1. [ ERROR ] No JDBC driver could be found in classpath.
2. org.apache.derby.jdbc.ClientDriver
or
1. [ ERROR ] The database connection failed.
2. [ ERROR ] Content Manager failed to start because it could not load driver "org.apache.derby.jdbc.ClientDriver".
