Error description

• The Google play application description pages format changed
  between IBM Worklight Application Center 6.1 and 6.2. As a
  consequence, people trying to create an application link in the
  application center console from a Google play page have no
  description field and the below exception is thrown in the
  console:
  java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of
  range: -7
  at java.lang.String.substring(Unknown Source)
