PI20268: ABEND IN HRFOREO2 MODULE CAN CAUSE THE JOB NOT TO END

Error description

• When the main processing abended in HRFOREO2 module, the cleanup
  processing tried to call the HRFOREO2 again and got another
  S0C4 abend which caused the job not to end.

Problem conclusion

• This APAR fixes the program so that the cleanup processing never
  call HRFOREO2 module after the main processing abended in the
  HRFOREO2 module.
