Error description

• Various Fixes for VARCHAR, ZOOM, and Log Display
  * ispf: Any command in the ZOOM panel of Log Display produce an
    error
  * ispf: Log Display does not collect BROWSE/EDIT events through
    EDIT/BROWSE mode
  * ispf: Add missing Option 'BROWSE' for access to browse mode
    from EDIT mode
  * ispf: Table editor clears VARCHAR value while inserting
  * ispf: Table Editor does not set NULL flag = Y for the first
    VARCHAR row inserted into the table
  * ispf: ETI V4.4 z/OS - SQLCODE = -923 for ETI801E Pgm: ETI@WRIT
    Stmt: 00813 Type: PREPARE
  * ispf: Table editor does not save changes while updating FLOAT
    values through the form
  * ispf: Add a DSNTEP2 samplib member, to allow Customer to
  execute Batch job to select data from the ETI_ACTIVITY_LOG table
  * ispf: SKIP LOCKED DATA is not honoured
