Problem
In IBM Cognos 8 Framework Manager, an error occurs when using "To_char({sysdate}, 'yyyy-mm-dd')" or "To_char(sysdate(), 'yyyy-mm-dd')" as the expression definition of a calculation. However, using the to_char calculation against a query item such as "to_char([Oracle_gosales].[ORDER_DETAILS].[TEST_DATE] , 'yyyy-mm-dd')" works fine.
