Problem
Changes were made on the .css files: The GlobalReportStylesXXX.css in the {Cognos install location}\bin directory is used for PDF and Excel output The GlobalReportStylesXXX.css in the {Cognos install location}\webcontent\schemas directory is used for HTML output There are no error messages, but changes do not render in PDF or Excel.
