PROBLEM SUMMARY:
ABEND S0C1 IN O2OPCN CAUSING NTH TERMINATION.
During display of dynamic SQL text (HPLN CALL command),
a register for comparing whether dynamic SQL text would
fit into an existing allocation was not loaded properly.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Load register with proper length for dynamic SQL text
length comparison.
