PI14391: COMMAND CONTROL FACILITY JOB WITH COMMAND ERROR ENDS WITH RC0

Error description

• A CCF BMP job ends with RC0 even though there is an error with
  the IMS command and it is not processed.  For example:
  CCF0150I - FOLLOWING RECORD READ FROM: CCFSYSIN:      /DIS ACT
  CCF7413I - COMMAND BEING ROUTED TO PLEX = xxxx:       /DIS ACT
  .
  CCF7426W - CSLOMCMD RECEIVED RC=0200000C RSN=00003008
  DFS009 15:42:02 COMMAND NOT AUTHORIZED AS ENTERED FROM OM API.
  The CCF job ends with RC0.  CCFMOD OPTIONS are
  CCF6010I /CCFMOD OPTIONS ...: MODFAIL=ABEND
  CCF6010I ERRORS .: ABEND=U3999 SETRC=0016
    The CCF job should end with a non-zero return code.

Problem conclusion

• This APAR fixes an error where the CCF Command processor runs
  but ends with a Return Code of zero even though an error message
  was issued from the OM API stating that the command was not
  authorized.  For example:
  CCF7426W - CSLOMCMD RECEIVED RC=0200000C RSN=00003008
  DFS009 15:42:02 COMMAND NOT AUTHORIZED AS ENTERED FROM OM API.
  The CCF options GENERAL=SETRC and SETRC=RC are required when a
  command is rejected and a non-Zero Return Code is expected from
  the batch job.
