Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' GEN function fails with
  an IBM0534S ONCODE=8094 Protection exception from entry point
  F_ADD_UNTIL_PTYPE.
  A system abend 0C4 reason code X'4' occurred in module ADB2GEN
  program ADB2FMT at offset X'92F0'.
