Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool GEN function generates a blank
  within the check constraint which can result in a error,
  SQLCODE = -104 , later during the create process when the
  DSNHDECM DSNHDECP Parm DECIMAL is set to COMMA.
  ( SQLCODEN104  SQLCODE 104 )
     CHECK (name <=51129188, 11 )) -> blank between , and 11.
  

Local fix

• remove the blank
