Error description

• Issue:
  The Workitem summary is not updated in Pending Changes view of
  the VSClient, the same works fine in Eclipse client.
  
  Steps to replicate the issue:
  1)Create a new Work Item
  2)Check-in and associate the changes with this new Work Item
  3)Change the WI Summary in the Work Item tab
  4)Refresh the Pending Changes view or even closing it and
  reopening does not update the WI's Summary, it is still the old
  one
  
  Environment details:
  This issue is seen on Visual Studio 2010 as well as 2012.
