Error description

• 1. Problem
  
     v8 MC job page only display completed and running steps.
  
     (v7 display all steps when a builds started.)
  
  2. Environment
      MC 8.0.0.1-0-0199
      Windows 208 R2 x64
      Oracle 11gR2
  
  3. Reproduce steps
     a) create a project with 3 ~ 4 steps
     b) run the project
     c) go to Job panel and click the build, then it only display
  completed and running steps. And later steps are not shown
  
  4. Business Impact:
      It is now not able to know what will be running and can't
  use pause function any more.

Problem conclusion
