  2) Long Location and Remote Location name values may collide

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1. Large DDF Send/Receive rates displayed as KK/sec instead
     of M/sec.
  2. Fields "Location Name" and "Remote Location Name" did not
     have enough space for display 16 symbols of location name.
  3. RCPU exception has incorrect color (green) in CUA and the
     value in CUA had only integer part.
  4. Classic help for RCPU was misleading. It told that RCPU
     threshold was measured in tenths of seconds, when really
     it was measured in hundredths of seconds.
  5. When BMTH exception reached one of thresholds which caused
     additional message in Classic screen, logon to CUA became
     impossible.
  6. TRCV and TSND exceptions never fired in v511.
  
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  1. "DDF Send Rate" and "DDF Receive Rate" fields are changed
     to display bytes, kilobytes, megabytes and gigabytes per
     second or per minute.
  2. Positions of the fields "Location Name" and "Remote
     Location Name" on the screens have been changed to allow
     displaying 16 symbols of location name.
  3. Code has been corrected to pass to CUA exact value for
     RCPU exception.
  4. Classic help for RCPU has been updated.
  5. Additional messages for BMTH exception has been removed
     from the screen if caller is CUA.
  6. TRCV and TSND exceptions have been corrected in v511.
