• FPEU0101S  INTERNAL ERROR IN MODULE FPEMEXA0, CODE=3, DIAGNOSTIC
  DATA=CALLING READS.  Accompanied by following dump:
  SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=0C4  REASON CODE=00000010
  .
  DGOFSBGL is called with parameter delta_record_ptr set to zero
  because QBGL caching is not implemented in FPEMEXA0.
  The parameter delta_record_ptr is not checked and therefore
  consecutive access to fields derived from this pointer result
  in an Abend 0C4.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  FPEU0101S INTERNAL ERROR IN MODULE FPEMEXA0, CODE=3,
  DIAGNOSTICDATA=CALLING READS. S0C4 0C4 message can be issued
  by PE Server subtask when Global Buffer Pool activity paused
  for one or more statistics intervals.
  QBGL cache functionality previously added to Statistics Batch
  Report does not validate the cache pointer which is passed by
  the caller. The cache functionality is not used by the PE Server
  subtask. For calls issued from load module FPEMEXA0 the cache
  pointer is set to zero and causes ABEND 0C4.
