The embedded CICS TS 5.1 Liberty JVM server requires an upgrade
of WebSphere Application Server Liberty profile Version 8.5.5.

There a few diagnostics enhancments to aid debugging issues when
a Liberty JVM server fails to start.

OSGI Bundles will no longer be allowed to be installed into a
Liberty JVM server.  Message DFHSJ1100 is produced for this
error with insert JVMSERVER_IS_LIBERTY_SERVER.
