PI46000: WCM/MYCONNECT TAG IS NOT BEING PROCESSED FOR NON-HREF

Error description

• wcm/myconnect tag is not being processed for non-href tags. The
  customer wishes to add portal URLs WCM content. The UrlCmpnt
  tag cannot be used as-is, because OIDs and unique names are not
  supported. The general solution would be a feature request and
  too large and complex for an APAR. The customer would accept a
  short-term fix that would allow OIDs and unique names to be
  used in the UrlCmpnt portalTarget attribute. This APAR adds
  support for OIDs and unique names in that attribute.
