Error description

• The DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS issues a message:
  ADB7199E Stored Procedure >sp_package_name< can not be dropped
  because stored procedure >sp_package_name< depends upon it.
  and ends with a return code/rc 12 when DEPDIR=Y is found in the
  GEN parameters.
