• 1) Expected behavior:
  AppScan won't show 'Check that URL is valid and accessible'
  message when the starting URL is an IP address and it's valid
  and accessible from AppScan.
  
  2) Observed behavior:
  AppScan sometimes shows 'Check that URL is valid and accessible'
  message when the starting URL is an IP address, even thought
  it's valid and accessible from AppScan.
