APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• You will not be able to run the "Check If Resource Exists"
  plugin step when the resource name contains a colon (:),
  ampersand (&), or plus (+) sign. The command will fail to locate
  the resource even if it does in fact exist.
  

Local fix

• Adjust your resource names so they do not contain those
  characters, or request a test fix from IBM support.
