     This order value is taken from the catalog table
     SYSIBM.SYSKEYS(ORDERING).
     The following values are possible for DB2 V10 and later.
      - blank Index is an expression-based index or the column
              is specified for the index using the INCLUDE clause
      - A     Ascending order
      - D     Descending order
      - R     Random order
