APAR status

Error description

• When performing a "cleartool update" to update a IBM Rational
  ClearCase snapshot view on UNIX or Linux for a VOB hosted on
  Microsoft Windows the operation will fail if the update includes
  a large file (>2GB).
  
  The error seen in the update log is:
  Error:                   <ELEMENT> "cleartool: Error: Unexpected
  file size 0 for <PATH>/<ELEMENT>.loading ( <SIZE>
  expected)|cleartool: Error: Unable to transfer a file: error
  detected by ClearCase subsystem.|cleartool: Error: Unable to
