Error description

• ICAT conversion generates KD2_PFnn_HIS_WHEN_* parms with
  embedded blanks that are not the same as null values. These
  parms values:
  
  KD2_PF01_HIS_WHEN_AUTHID          "   "
  KD2_PF01_HIS_WHEN_CONNID          "   "
  KD2_PF01_HIS_WHEN_CORRID          "   "
  KD2_PF01_HIS_WHEN_ORIG            "   "
  KD2_PF01_HIS_WHEN_PLAN            "   "
  .
  The same vales carry forward to PARMGEN conversion and treated
  differently than a true null. Because of this, NTH will not come
  up. The following error messages appear when starting STC:
