Troubleshooting
Problem
During the Startup of the IBM Cognos Analytics Service the following error is displayed:
XQE-CON-0007 XQE error encountered: DPR-ERR-2002 Unable to execute the request because there were no connections to the process available within the configured time limit.
Symptom
The data set service is not starting. No report based on a DQM model can be executed.
